I have always liked Clark's shoes and find these are the same great quality and feel substantial and well made. My first pair of Clarks many decades ago had the same wonderful outside rubbery soles that I love and last, seemingly, forever. They don't slip at all. As far as sizing I am mystified why all shoe makers today haven't come up with half sizes. Neither has Clarks. If you are between one size and another they tell you to go up. Well I am generally an 81/2 and since the co. said these run small I went up to a 9. They feel great right now, although slightly large and are full of soft furry something. They are very comfortable. However in time once this fur has matted down they will need socks or my feet will be sloshing around in them. Probably. No big deal but it would be fantastic to buy shoes that fit my feet from the beginning without having to think about it. As far as just keeping my feet from my hard cold floors they will do well for walking around the house which is what I wanted them for. And considering I will be walking indoors the soles will last a long, long time. I like the comfort of them and the looks. They're easy on and off and will last. I would buy them again. If you would want to wear them outside they would be fine, too. I bought navy and it is navy.Quality-made slippers, comfortable for indoors, or a quick trip outside to get the mail.
