WELL CUSHIONED - Stable and neutral, the Wildcat is La Sportiva's most cushioned trail running shoe; Performs best in moderate to technical terrain
SHOCK ABSORPTION - High-cushion midsole delivers all day comfort during long hikes, ultra-marathons, backcountry runs, and off road races; Nylon molded flex transfer shank and a layer of LaSpEVA provide added shock absorption for serious athletes
LIGHTWEIGHT, BREATHABLE - Vented AirMesh uppers keep your feet cool on hot days, control moisture and prevent blisters without adding unnecessary weight to make the Wildcat an exceptional ultralight trail runner
FULL CONTROL - Grippy FriXion AT sole with Impact Brake System and X-Axis provides traction and stability on slick trails or uneven terrain; Aggressive outsole bites into the trail while the one-piece molded lacing harness maintains a snug fit
ANKLE SUPPORT - TPU transkinetic heel stabilizers and UreTech reinforcements provide the extra support and stability backcountry trail runners and ultralight backpackers need for high mileage days
I know these are trail running shoes, but they are so comforable above all my other sneakers that I rarely go out without them. The wildcat trail running shoes have excellent support and reduce pronation as they have a very solidly supported arch. The shoes are great for walking running, trails or city streets. I would say the only downside is that they don't open widely to put on. They are a snug shoe with a tongue that is attached and does not come away from the shoe, which is good as it doesn't move around. However, the downside is that it's a bit cumbersome to put on. I would steer away from these if you have hand mobility issues as pulling them on would be much harder. You cannot fit your feet in them without a bit of a struggle due to the tongue style. For those without hand/arm mobility issues they would work alright.
